Atlanta welcomes Academy Ballroom

It's official. Atlanta has a brand new Ballroom Dance Studio. It’s Academy Ballroom located in Miami Circle, right next to the old Dance 101 location. The plan is to expand into other locations in the Atlanta area and across the country. The studio is owned and operated in part by Eddie Ares and his partner Nancy Senner. Eddie is best known as a top ballroom coach as well as a judge, who also is responsible for the largest pro-am ballroom competition in the country. Its held right here in Atlanta every October - the Hotlanta Dance Challenge.
