Master distiller Benjamin Lovelace established the Down South Camp Meeting at Manuel's Tavern in 2005.

From there, the Atlanta swing community helped Lovelace with his special blend of Lindy teachers and dances to create one of the finest Lindy Workshops on the shelf, and all at 100 proof.
