The Atlanta Swing Dancers Club is pleased to announce that tickets are now on sale for our first annual Atlanta Swing Classic. The dates of the event are October 12-15, 2006. This is the only non-competitive swing dance event in Atlanta.
We are very excited to host our first weekend event in our home town of Atlanta. The Marriott Atlanta Perimeter Center Hotel in the beautiful Dunwoody section of Atlanta will be the location for our event. The hotel features a variety of room choices, restaurant, indoor pool and Jacuzzi. The hotel is also conveniently located near the Perimeter Center MARTA Rail station for easy access from and to the airport and is in walking distance to one of Atlanta’s premier malls and a number of great restaurants.
The Atlanta Swing Classic has negotiated a room rate of $85.00 plus tax. You can view the hotel, rooms and amenities online at http://marriott.com/property/propertypage/ATLPC. Tickets will be limited to the first 400 sold. We expect this event to sell out, so I suggest buying your tickets early to avoid missing out on what we know will be a great event.
Your ticket to Atlanta Swing Classic entitles you to all eight of the workshops, great hospitalities; access to vendors offering a variety of dance related products, a great line up of swing DJ’s playing hours of music for your dancing enjoyment, all in a smoke-free ballroom environment on a fabulous Master Dance Floor.
Tickets are on sale now for $50.00 per person until September 1, 2006. Tickets will go up to $60.00 thereafter, if any are still available. You may purchase tickets with a credit card on this web site by simply clicking "Order Tickets" then click on “Add to Cart” button and follow the instructions. A $2.00 convenience charge per ticket will automatically be added to each ticket ordered online.
