INTENSIVE BEGINNERS WORKSHOP August 19th

Barbara Durr will be teaching an INTENSIVE BEGINNERS WORKSHOP August 19th. This workshop is intended for absolute beginners to have a first contact with tango and for those of you that already have some experience but want to know more about close embrace tango, the style that predominates in the crowded milongas of central Buenos Aires.

The workshop will cover posture, walking, basic choreography and navigation, among other things. This is a great opportunity for everybody that has seen "milonguero" style in the local milongas and have always wanted to know more about it.

This workshop is designed to help you learn milonguero style dancing in a 3 hour workshop, compressed from a six-week class series.
You should bring comfortable shoes that are NOT slip resistant or rubber soled.
