I'm going for my first dance lesson next week. What would be appropriate to wear and what kind of shoes?? (Ballroom lesson)

Most dance studios are pretty casual, and more than anything they want you to feel comfortable, becasue most people are nervous on their first lesson. WIth regard to shoes, I would recommend wearing a low heel that is smooth on the bottom and light wieght.
